ESTATE PLANNING FOR RELATIVELY HEALTHY INDIVIDUALS


1. ESTATE PLANNING CONSULTATION:   $275/hr. pro-rated if the session runs less than 1 hr. There is NO CONSULTATION FEE if the client engages us to ANY of the plans listed below.

2. SIMPLE WILL:  Outright distribution with no trust or guardianship clauses (normal distribution). Contains NJ suggested provisions of the "Prudent Investors Act".  $210 ea. (Normal Distribution)

3. WILL WITH TESTAMENTARY TRUST:   Document containing trust and/or guardianship provisions for minor beneficiaries until they reach a certain age. (normal distribution). Contains NJ suggested provisions of the "Prudent Investors Act." $235 ea. (Normal Distribution)

4. MARITAL DEDUCTION WILL:   For married couples whose combined estate exceeds $675,000. This Will contains tax-planning provisions to minimize a couple's exposure to the NJ and Federal death taxes. $1,150 ea.

5. LIVING WILL:   An instrument containing a 48-item checklist detailing a person's wishes concerning artificial life support and forced feeding. $135 ea.

6. HEALTH CARE DIRECTIVE:  A document designating a spokesperson to make medical decisions for you if you are unable or unwilling to act. It also gives someone power, under the federal HIPAA act, to receive confidential or private medical information on your behalf.  $160 ea.

7. GENERAL DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY:  An instrument designating a person to make legal or financial decisions for you if you are unable or unwilling to act.  This 32-page document also permits your spokesperson to protect your assets, from a long-term illness, under the provisions of the Medicaid code. $335 ea.

8.  SPECIAL NEEDS TRUST:  A document which allows your loved one to enjoy the use and benefits of an inheritance without disqualifying them for government subsidies.  $275 ea.

9.  COMPREHENSIVE ESTATE PLANNING PORTFOLIO:  A compendium of all of the above-instruments, where applicable, plus a Revocable Living Trust.

This plan includes:

     f) Checklist to Guide The Family During Disability

      Price:    $2,700 married couples - $2,200 single (real estate property recording fees extra)
